Natalie Walker - Founder + Managing Director Inside Policy

Natalie is a Kuku Yalanji woman with over 20 years experience across small business, government, not for profit and corporate sectors in various management and non-executive roles. 

Natalie has tackled every role with her entrepreneurial spirit – always being driven by innovation; her desire to build something or improve something either inside companies she’s worked in or by starting new companies herself. 

Her latest venture – Inside Policy – is a social and economic policy advisory firms that aims to change the world one policy at a time. Inside Policy’s clients include federal and state governments.

Prior to founding Inside Policy, Natalie established Supply Nation. She also led the Aboriginal Employment Strategy and built KPMG’s Indigenous business stream within its government advisory group.

Natalie sits on various boards including the Paul Ramsay Foundation, Goodstart Early Learning and Life Without Barriers.

In 2018, Natalie was appointed by the Prime Minister as Australia’s representative to the Business Women Leaders Taskforce of the G20. In 2012, Natalie was named as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence.
