Cancellation and Refunds Policy

You agree to pay the Program enrolment fee in advance. Once payment has been received you will be enrolled in the program. If you cancel prior to the Program commencing You may opt to move to the same program on another date in the future or if you opt to cancel You will forfeit a cancellation fee of 10% of the paid amount to cover pre-course administration costs (this is a genuine pre-estimate of the costs to bring You into the Program, and not a penalty).
