BFL Direct Payment
After you enrol in on of our programs, you can request a customised invoice for your course purchase. You can forward this invoice directly to your team for reimbursement. Please reach out at [email protected] and advise the custom information, such as your company name and address and we amend the invoice for you.
Certificate of Achievement
Once you complete a course, we will email you a certificate of completion that proves you completed the course. Your name, course details, and Brave Feminine Leadership’s official logo will be included on your certificate.

If you need manager or business approval, we also provide a reimbursement template that you can forward. Let your manager know you're interested in a course that will improve your work.
Remember your organisation is motivated for you develop if it directly benefits the business. Frame up the request in terms of how the program benefits your manager, team, and organization.

There's a course called {insert preferred program} that I would love to attend.
It's a live, online program with peers who are in similar roles to me, and it's run by Brave Feminine Leadership, who also run similar programs for companies like Google, Miele, Lifeline, Hansen Yunken and NIB. It’s online, but also includes group and one to one coaching, I understand that even though it is a group program graduate have said I will feel like the course is tailored just to me and my immediate needs.
I feel this is program is important in my current role as {insert role} and my future roles in the organisation - so that I can more effectively {choose or add your own: lead my team, lead change, make better decisions successfully manage a P&L, contribute to company strategy, fulfil the requirements of all roles successfully}
A bit about the course:
- The program is run by two very experienced former CEOs of large organisations globally and they share their own experience in leadership and financial management
- In between weekly sessions I will be given case studies, activities, reading and will learn new techniques to put into action in my day to day role,
- When I graduate I get access to the whole program for 6 months so I can keep learning along with a dynamic personal plan
Given the program design I will be accountable to the group to put my learnings directly into practice during the course. I can also share the learnings with others in the business so that we can all step up together.
